Holy crap he said Mionica to a black dude. haven't finished the video but one thing that always gets me. You have a customer pissed. Not one person has apologized to him for taking him off the plane. He is mad whether he is right or wrong. Deescalate the situation and being humble is the best way to do this with a upset individual like this.
