I got some "yurbuds" last year and they have worked well. They come with a couple of different sizes of ear pieces. You sort of twist them in and they will not fall out. They have wireless as well....

I have a cheap arse bolens from Lowes. I do not recommend them. I had to return the first one within the first 2 weeks. This one doesn't run right. It doesn't have adjustable wheels, or throttle. It is also hard to start, 10-12 pulls. My advice is to pass on the super cheap, even though you only us...

The bow may not go down that far, but the allen screws holding the limbs to the riser should be loosened the same amount. A bow shop will do it and help you set it up for $10-25, if they charge you at all....

The first year I worked for a major company I hired in pretty low. The company started giving me raises just to get me up where I should have been. It was about 25%. After that, the biggest raise has been about 8%. 6-8% is kind of the norm in my line of work (controls technician). Like someone else...
