Next time You brine add 1/2 cup of coffee. After brining, rinse off real well, pat dry with paper towels, rub a good dry rub all over, put in smoker, oven etc. ...

That escheat I do, plus add mushroos with the corn and onions. Cut It on a bias and enjoy. You can always play with flavors, I did one last week an at the end coated with a pineapple haberno jelly and made a great glaze. Nothing left !!!...

If you do not buy a prime cut, you just have a standing rib roast. Buy a good marbled choice cut, you won't be able to really tell the difference.
I only buy prime for holidays or special occasions. ...
