Why don't stores in Louisiana sell this more regularly? The sauce is easy to come by at Breaux Mart and Winn Dixie, but why is the seasoning rare to find/have to order online?

I have been buying Tiger Sauce for 20 years.
Never had a problem finding it.
Not sure I have ever seen the seasoning.

Tiger Sauce is in every grocery store in LA.
Dry seasoning, Ive never seen....

Ditto....using Tiger Sauce for years, not seen the dry.

It's great for burgers, etc.
Found a small thing of it at Breaux Mart on Mag, but no where else.
