Chelsea has been lobbying for it through Ivanka.
I think we would have seen an announcement soon that Hillary is ill to evoke sympathy from everyone and that's why she looked like a sith lord at her speech the other night. They were setting up the announcement but held it until they figured out if they needed it or not. Now, if this is true and Trump won't pursue, they won't announce shite.

Did anyone really think he was going to investigate his longtime friends once elected? Please

Hillary Clinton will go down in american history as the most disgraced and hated losing Presidential candidate ever and she will be getting absolutely no business whatsoever for her scam foundation and whatever money she has left over will be her savings for the rest of her life, and democrats will want nothing to do with her ever again after this election.
She will be on her own little historical island from now and that's good enough.
The American people delivered justice to her on a big arse plate and forced her to eat it and let's leave it at that.

And now:
Trump, the Merciful.
What will he do next?

Trump does not want to spend political capital on a investigation, at least not by his hand.
Even if he gets her, there is still nothing in it for him. It will simply undermine his ability to get things done and create a distraction.
Not to mention the political hit he would take if she wiggles her way out of it.

a public circus involving the Trump administration chasing after Clinton would be incredibly counterproductive
this is a smart move PR wise - bigger fish to fry & all of that

That's okay let these guys do the work.
In light of Judicial Watch announcing the receipt of 508 documents related to Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state, McClatchy’s Anita Kumar writes that the public can “expect periodic releases of records to continue through 2018, even though many Clinton critics have moved on following Donald Trump’s victory.”
Clinton’s lawyers certainly haven’t moved on, and on Monday they filed their objection to Judicial Watch’s request to compel Clinton to answer three interrogatories that were among 25 submitted by Judicial Watch. “Secretary Clinton answered the interrogatories to the best of her knowledge in good faith, and her answers are consistent with the voluminous public record,” the filing reads.

Her and bill make 400k a year salary from your taxes every year until he dies.
Also I doubt their foundation just shrivel and goes away

Alright guys, well I was student council president so when I go rob this bank right quick please remember that and ensure you tout me up like Clinton has been to avoid charges.
"He'll never run for office again."

You think greedy crooks like the Clintons are happy with that?
And besides, Bill doesn't have any much longer on this earth with the way he looked the past year.

Donations to their foundation are going to plummet off a cliff. Norway already reduced their donations to the foundation by 37% and it will be at least 50% by the spring.

She needs to be held accountable. If the press won't do their job, then the FBI needs to do their job. There are a whole lot of dirty people that need to be held accountable and brought to justice
Look, I agree 100%, but they won't be. These people are above the law. The American people saw to this when they voted for Obama and his corrupt administration for a second term. The American Public green lighted all of this.
This is the best that can happen, and we need to be happy with that. She is not POTUS. Move on.
Here is an SEC analogy for you: This is like playing Bama and only having one or two bad calls go against instead of 8-10. You know they are coming, you know they will alter the outcome, but if you only have one or two like we had a couple of weeks ago, you smile and move on. They have all the power and hold all the cards. Same thing here.

Maybe I'm in the minority here, but what message is that sending about people who opt to do the same? It's pretty a egregious act what she did. Circumvented literally everyone with sensitive dox.
Maybe this is to rally the public, who knows.

No, we didn't. She's excused from justice because of who she is, period. I figured it would go like this, but I was hoping I was wrong.
