PR strategy to get Trump out of the criminal investigation...which will continue. It will, because Bannon et al know that Obama will likely be criminally culpable in ways that can be used to 'make him a deal he can't refuse', and get him out of DC politics.
Of course, Obama can always choose to flame the whole process; and depending on just how bloody the street gets with David Clark laying down the law...Obama (his policy) will be toast either way it goes.

Good move overall. HRC is still in the gunsights of the FBI so let Lucifer's spawn go by the wayside. DJT will be getting plenty of push back from the Dems so let's move forward.

I think you make her a martyr by continually pursuing her and, if she somehow for some reason dies during this investigation, the right looks like bully's. We all know she wasn't well during the campaign so let her go and pursue those around her.

While I don't think he should prosecute HRC at this point, I expect this will be one of MANY promises Trump breaks. He threw whatever red meat he thought the mutts would eat up to win. He is nothing if not shrewd and pragmatic.

Trump has better things to do than chase down criminals. Im glad he's showing some maturity and not trying to get revenge for her smear campaign. Not his job, but it is the FBI's job, so hopefully they will still go after her.
