Trump not to pursue charges on Clinton

Good.

We already got justice with her.

She got humiliated in the worst possible way ever losing the most historic upset ever to a guy who only made politics his hobby 15 months ago and she will never ever be POTUS and now she's politically irrelevant and will have no effect on America for the rest of her old miserable life.

Trump and the GOP absolutely do not want Hillary Clinton to be a focal point of the first 100 days when it's time to be getting good work done on ObamaCare, immigration and foreign policy and Hillary losing the election in the most humiliating way possible for all the world to see is punishment enough in itself.

Good move by Trump. Let Clinton go by the wayside and move this country ahead. Clinton has destroyed herself enough. Let her out to pasture. Plus if Congress wants to pursue charges, Trumps hands are clean.

He can say whatever he wants. FBI is moving with Clinton foundation and the president can't tell them what to do. They are independent.

He said she's "been through enough". This is not a surprise Trump doesn't want to get bogged down chasing her.

So much for lock her up and that whole "first thing I'll do is hire a special prosecutor"

“I’m gonna think about it,” he said at the time to Leslie Stahl. “I don’t wanna hurt them. They’re good people,” he continued of the Clintons.

BUT HE'S NOT A POLITICIAN

bullshite you can't be the law and order candidate while not enforcing the law.

If she broke the law she should be held accountable it's so fricking stupid that we all let this fact slip through because of her last name or her position.

This is not a great America

Don't care. She is irrelevant and as someone mentioned the Clinton Foundation is in hot water.

No, but he's also smarter than any of us here.

The media is hoping and praying he would try. Why? So they can distract us daily with a Hillary update. This would keep her in the spotlight.

Get her out of the spotlight. Move forward.

Besides, if you announce today you are going after her, Obama would pardon as well.

It is good but he should have never made promises to do so.

She needs to be held accountable.

If the press won't do their job, then the FBI needs to do their job.

There are a whole lot of dirty people that need to be held accountable and brought to justice.

Smart move by Trump, distancing himself from this. He does not have to pursue anything. The FBI will do its job, and Trump will receive no political backlash for it.
