What, in your opinion, would be the worst way to die?

I'm watching "Stephen Fry in America" on Netflix and he tours an active submarine force in Rhode Island and all I can think, with my mild claustrophobia, that being in a submarine that either gets compromised in battle or has some sort of accident and sinks would be the absolute worst way to die.
Actually, it's tied with getting stuck in a cave with no light source and dying of starvation or lack of oxygen.

Burning to death. Second would be eaten by an animal. Crocodile, shark, tiger or lion.

Burning to death is a horrible way to go.
Having your lungs filled with hornets while someone kept smacking you in the balls with a sack of army ants wouldn't be fun either.

Without Jesus. Other than that, probably being trapped in earthquake rubble. Can't do anything but slowly bleed out and think about how painful and slow it will be. I believe in my Jesus so I am not worried about how my life ends.
