Flayed and then Impailed. That would fricking suck. Fire at least would take minutes, but impailment could take days if done by a pro.

I haven't had time to read all the responses so I don't know if someone has said this already but I think falling from a very high place would be terrifying. Especially if the fall takes place over a few seconds or minutes i.e. out of an airplane. I mean, you know you are gonna die and there is nothing you can do to stop it!!! That to me would be the worst!!
