re: Jimmy Kimmel Gets Choked Up on Show About Dead Lion - ag3ntpurpl3
This is such a futile argument. Because you've never heard of/experienced something you're not allowed to have it effect you? I'd never heard of any of the people who perished due to terroristic actions but, yea, that effects me because I care about innocent life being destroyed. I never care...

re: Jimmy Kimmel Gets Choked Up on Show About Dead Lion - ag3ntpurpl3
I don't watch the news nor read news outlet websites so most of my news comes through specific forums and such that I'm kind of blinded to how much attention this is getting but it seems a lot of people like to judge how outraged others get over news when if they shared what outrages them others mig...

re: Jimmy Kimmel Gets Choked Up on Show About Dead Lion - ag3ntpurpl3
Some people in this thread haven't read much about what transpired. The government isn't even denying that hunting lions is illegal or necessary; they're arguing the fact that the way this was carried out through dishonest means on a protected, specific lion is illegal and has repercussions. ...

re: Western Kentucky is potentially a trap game for us. - ag3ntpurpl3
Wife is alumni of WKU and her father played football for them in the 70s. First year we started dating was when we played WKU while JJ was still our QB. She asked before the game what would happen if WKU beat us and I said I'd marry her the next day. It was tied at halftime. We, of cours...

re: Creating a "drop-in" hole on a large piece of furniture - ag3ntpurpl3
Make a jig to cut the circle, then make a larger jig to remove the rest. The larger jig should be 11" plus half the size of your router base diameter.
I'm sorry, I don't understand what any of that means. I'm not very up to speed on what specific tools I would need....

Creating a "drop-in" hole on a large piece of furniture - ag3ntpurpl3
I'm not sure whether that is the correct terminology but I have a desk that I house my record collection in with my turntable on top. I plan to sand/stain (would an electric sander be beneficial here?) it eventually to match my computer desk but before I get there I want to create a "drop-in" hole f...
In that same span there were Seven Harry Potter's and Seven Fast an Furious movies
One of my friend's brought this up, as well, when I asked them what they thought. I can understand the Fast & Furious movies but Harry Potter/LoTR/Star Wars are all original movies that have a tim...

Are movie production companies over-saturating the market with superhero flicks? - ag3ntpurpl3
I don't mind one way or the other where movie production companies spend their time/money on films but it seemed to me that through the 2000s, and continuing, that we have seen an age of superhero movies, regardless of quality, hit the big screen than we ever have before (I know this isn't a novel t...

re: My Great (x5) Grandfather fought and died at The Alamo - ag3ntpurpl3
That's pretty awesome; I've kayaked down that river before, it's beautiful. I posted this pic on my social media and one of my friends replied that her great (x5) grandfather was Davy Crocket...I was like, damn, that would be a cool name to have on this certificate....

re: Gary Clark Jr! - ag3ntpurpl3
I agree; there's a few bright spots on his album but most of it just sounds like he's trying to mix R&B and blues. "When My Train Comes In" is great, though. I discovered him after watching "Chef"...
