Sterling Upholstery makes cushions for ice chests. Theyre in New Iberia. Quality work. Check out their website. Might as well match your boat. ...

re: School Me on used Tacoma's - Grassy1
"civic or corolla" Im not against small cars, her normal routes will be Bluff Rd, Hwy 73 and Airline. Im thinking a slightly larger vehicle will be safer, a few more pounds, and better visibility. Agree? (Not sure where you are, but BR is less than ideal for a young driver)...

School Me on used Tacoma's - Grassy1
Considering getting one for my daughter as her first vehicle. Any years to be wary of? 4 or 6 cylinder? Not sure if I want Ext Cab, or 4 door. She actually said that she didn't want 4 door because she didn't want a bunch of friends piling in to ride with her. Looking for something relativ...

re: How big a blunder was it for Coleman / Igloo not to invent the Yeti style cooler? - Grassy1
Yes, I'd say the head of their R&D, and whoever is in charge of new product growth should be terribly embarrassed. True genius would have been them starting the Yeti (or similar) brand... before Yeti came along. They were the king of this market, and probably still are, and didnt have the f...

re: Boat storage in Baton Rouge area - Grassy1
A lot more storage unit facilities have units large enough for boats than you would think. Just look at the ones close to where you want them to be... probably the worse the area they're in, the less expensive. I rent a 12x30 at a pretty nice one for $213/month....

re: Warehouse Rental for a couple boats in BR? - Grassy1
 Maybe so... but I like working on/tweaking my boat, so having it close by makes me happy. But yea, ideal would be Prairieville/Gonzales/Industriplex etc. Currently have one bay boat in a storage bldg, that my friend may take possession of, and if that happens, I'll need a bigger one....

Yes, Teddy, pretty wide open. I'll look at Chicago a little more closely. Stumbled on a TD'ers guide to SF, and at least gave me some ideas to do there....

San Fran, Chicago, Canada, or something better? - Grassy1
Trying to figure out something fun for my wife, my 16 year old daughter, and myself... probably the second week of July. Daughter is artsy, so enjoys art museums, and "older stuff", archeology, etc. (yes, she liked Italy, NY, Greece and Turkey) Wife and I are probably most interested allowin...

re: Lunch on Sherwood? - Grassy1
Thanks for the suggestions. We went to Willie's and sat on the patio. The service was great, patio is great. I had the Smokehouse sandwich with brisket and onion rings. The rings and tea were great. Brisket was about half fat and a third gristle. Oh well. Maybe the pulled pork wouldve been...
