I love a basic burger, but we are having a burger party of sorts sat night for a couple families. What all we need onhand for our burger bar?

My plan to pick up:
Ground sirloin mix (already made)
Buns from local bakery
Mayo/ketch/must
Avocado
Thick cut bacon
Sliced gouda cheese
Sliced american cheese
Shredded cheddar cheese
Lettuce
Tomato
Onion

Maybe a fried egg? Im kinda gettin into this fad.

Thoughts? Bbq sauce is available if some want it.

Jap pepper slices, pickled or spicy sweet. Plus a good coarse brown mustard option. A good cheese selection.

I like onions of any type. Sliced red onion, Caramelized yellow onions, deep fried onion rings, etc.

I am doing some boudin/pepperjack stuffed burgers with fried onion rings and jack miller bbq sauce for our fantasy draft this weekend.

Banana peppers usually go over pretty well. So does some homemade pico.
