For us, it is "buy one get one free Tuesday night" at all of the Mexican Places in Meridian, so La Pinata here we come (as soon as I get home from Work). Have a good night!

Crabcakes leftover from Sunday night. Either making a lemon buerre blanc or poached eggs and hollandaise for toppings or just some Cousin's creole tomato dressing. Sliced or baked tomato sides.

Grilled pork chops (3rd night in a row, last for a while), mashed red skins with horseraddish, sliced tomato and cucumber, and the rest of my birthday cheese straws for dessert.

I hope you chose the eggs route, it sounds like hell on wheels(or taste buds), creole mustard for the hollandaise.

I experimented today on a small scale. I bought 6 jumbo shrimp at kroger and i sauteed them with butter, garlic, worcheshire, and lemon juice. I seasoned them with slap yo momma. They came out delicious!! I will be posting a pic thread in the next few days!
