Nope but I have a friend who thinks the world is coming to an end every time we lose. His FB meltdown Saturday was hilarious

It did at one time. The older I've gotten the less it matters.

After the debacle on 1/9/12, I resolved to change my priorities.

Watching on TV from afar equates to far less emotional and financial investment in the outcome of the game compared to people who spend time and $$ tailgating, buying tix, traveling to games etc.

Saturday I said Frick it, turned off the TV with about 2 minutes left and found something else to do.

There was a time when I would have let a loss ruin my whole week.

There are some really evolved people in this thread. I won't lie, I was pretty pissed at the end of the game saturday. I stayed home after the game and didn't go out and basically sulked for a few hours. Didn't really watch football Sat nite and put a movie on. I was much better by Sunday. I wouldn't say it ruins my week but it does affect me. Do the people that don't get upset care if LSU wins? How can you be excited if LSU wins, but it doesn't affect you if they lose? They kinda go hand in hand. I'm not saying you should kick the dog and beat your wife, but c'mon it does suck for a little while, but vice versa is true if we win a big game.

Doesn't really bother me as much as other people.

It's just a game.

Still kinda sucks though

Have gone through many ups and downs as an LSU fan over the decades and some years back finally accepted the fact that we are watching 18- to 22-year-old kids usualy doing the best they can so why sulk? Dissapointed more than I like but I appreciate the effort of the team, even when they come out on the short end of the score. I always find something good in every game (e.g., Minter on Saturday), but I am also one of those guys who stays until the final whistle for every home game.

I was pissed that night, and a little cumbersome on the drive back from gainsville. I am fine today. Not upset, even though it sucks.

After the BCSCG 2012, I was probably physically upset for a week or two. I still get upset even thinking about it.

Not anymore. I finally outgrew giving a crap.

Being surrounded by obnoxious Gumps makes it a little more difficult, though.

It used to but I have more important stuff going on in my life now. It sucks but oh well.

It's especially relieving when the Saints win the next day
