659.

A single loan went to collections that I never knew about. I was mid 700s.

I have NO IDEA what the loan is and have been disputing it since I found it.

Oh well.

After a certain point 790 or so, it doesn't matter, you still gotta pay interest and your rate isn't any better than an 848 guy.

Anything over 720 is considered "prime" the rest is BS, I also love how my wife's score is always 10-20 points higher than mine with the same accounts on both reports

785. All the people who bitch about the credit card balances I carry, aka "debt," can suck it.

I find these credit card supplied scores to be 30-60 points higher than actual. perhaps it's their way to make you fell better about using their cards more.

According to Equifax the average credit score in my area is like 670-680. Leave it to the OT to not only be above average but to absolutely crush it.

Then your score should be going down.

When I had my car paid off, credit cards paid off and was in an apartment for 4 years, my score dropped to 675.

Bought my place, then 8 months later went to buy a new car and my score was 828.

Even paying everything on time, mine is about 760. I am young so I don't have the credit length needed for scoring in the 800s. Not a big deal as it takes care of itself over time.
