Call the area planning commission, IIRC the permit office sends everything to them to review prior to giving you the permits. Also ask about trade permits (water, electric, gas), they are separate fees. ...

Just got back from a 4 day trip, hay grass is abundant in Buck, Mill, and Housen. Front moved in on Tuesday and moved them deeper, very few spots we found submerged grass. Water temps were right at 60, should be about to move up....
