Other than the dream thing, which is the dumbest, an ex once got furious at me for doing something she specifically asked me to do after it turned out bad for her.

My wife was furious with me because I picked up lunch and didn't get her anything. She had gotten off of work early on one of my days off and didn't tell me. She came home to me eating and got pissed.
I broke up with a girl and it went smoothly. 2 or 3 months of no contact went by. I changed my netflix password and she went ballistic. Showed up at my house hollering.

A few years back, I went on some dates with this chick in Birmingham. Everything seemed to be progressing smoothly. Had lots of fun, good conversations, great sex, etc., etc.,
One night, we played Cards Against Humanity with her roommate and her roommate's fiance, who was an Italian national. The game progressed normally, with lots of laughs and "oh nos".
As the game ended, the Italian fella started going through the answer cards. He came across "Popeye's"
"HempHead, what is Popeye's?"
"It's a fried chicken joint."
"Is it any good?"
"Yeah, it's pretty tasty, but I'd probably get better service if I wasn't a pasty arse cracker."
"Oh, okay."
We went out later that night and she seemed rather distant and standoffish. I asked her what the problem was.
"What you said was really racist. I have a lot of black friends."
"Uh....what?"
"That was just extremely insensitive. I'd like for you to apologize."
"Absolutely fricking not. What I said it undeniably true."
"Fine."
I took an uber back and never talked to her again.

We were on vacation with the kids and I told my wife that I messed around with one of her friends a few months ago. I told my wife that I immediately regretted doing it and that it was over between me and her friend. My wife then has the audacity to fly back home with the kids without me and ruin our vacation.

Back in the 80s, I was watching European Vacation on a rented VHS with my girlfriend at the time.
She left to go to the bathroom, and I rewound the tape to get another look at a German girl flashing her tits. She came back when I rewound it for a 3rd look mid flash.

Next day (UGA gameday), she asked me and I said - "you look great, but I can't really tell that you're wearing shorts with that jersey". It was evidently the wrong thing to say. I got hammered at the tailgate.

Ex girlfriend who I almost married had a dream once where she supposedly busted me with another woman. She was convinced God was telling her via this dream that I was untrustworthy. Thank God I never said "I do" with this woman.
