Nah, my house has a fence to keep my crazy dog in. I dont think I have seen so many angry people on the Facebook page. Not only do they suddenly raise the dues but they are using for something with no vote. Hopefully all the pissed off people will get this stopped.
It makes me wonder if they are supposed to replace my old, rotting fence since it's on the perimeter?

I find it funny that the woman who is usually on top of everything on that facebook has been absent for the past 2 days while this has been going on. I usually just roll my eyes at the outrage on that page..... but I'm leading the charge this time

Do the cleared area and woods have different owners or considered different lots with different zoning? I know that you found out board is not following by-laws, but regardless of HOA wall happening I was just wondering if anything besides size of lot it making you sure trees will not be cut down by owner for some reason other than development in the future.
