Honestly, just the size and location of it leads me to believe nothing will be developed. I could be wrong, but I just don't see it happening. If something is developed, I can put up a fence in the style and quality that I want at MY expense. But mandating that the whole subdivision pay for a fence that isn't even wanted is bull.

I hate my HOA, so I ran and got elected to the board on the platform of voting against the SAHMs. I stay true to my constituents and vote against them on everything.
