The only reason this shite has a market is because weed is illegal.

That and more so because employers won't test for it... I'm assuming because it's too expensive.

Testing for thc isn't going anywhere until there's a breathalyzer equivalent for it. Like I said, employers still test for it in legal states.

When I did an internship in a plant there were tons of laborers who smoked the fake shite because they wouldn't fail their drug tests.

OK... Why is synthetic marijuana on the market in the first place? Answer that, and you'll have the problem and the solution figured out in short order.

Because there are a substantial number of dumb as goose shite assholes out there who will put all manner of things into their body.

Solution? Put the dumb-asses out of their misery. They are stupid and weakening/diluting the gene pool.

If it's legal, why would there be a test to detect it? Do we test for alcohol consumption in anything else but DUI?

Yes, tested somewhat often.

Have positions where I work that can never be more than three hours from sober. Do the math, that is basically a "you can't drink" clause.

I don't have a problem with that, but it still doesn't explain why there isn't an alcohol synthetic equivalent to compensate. The math comes back and says the same thing. Synthetic weed is a market because weed is illegal. It's man, as usual, that is his own worst fricking enemy. Of course, if we were truly the big land of liberty people we beat our chest about being, we wouldn't even be discussing this right now.

True that.

If they didn't have poor m'fers that loved to sue, my coworkers might be able to get high and take a sip.

I have no problem with getting high, but the breathalyzer is the only real solution.

ETA: I would guess there isn't a big market for synthetic alcohol. Although a snap sober pill should be made instantly. Sober up in 30minutes and drive.

We had a kid on synthetic stuff who was playing golf on the roof of his 2 story house at night, naked and he fell of the roof
Didn't really get hurt from the fall. Amazingly enough, but it took three days to wake him up well enough to get him off the vent

why isn't there an alcohol equivalent in synthetics?

There are. Benzodiazepines and barbiturates are all synthetic and hit the same receptors as alcohol, all while being tested for as well.

This, it's gone and on the auction block before you even go to court.

IF you do win and it's still in impound then you will be charged $75 a day per day it was in the impound.

Pretty much. I saw it every day on the contractor side.

Best statement so far. Every brand is different, every batch in that brand is different...run out of formaldehyde to soak it in, use acetone, nail polish remover, whatever is on your shelf. Somehow the "legalize marijuana" group seems to associate this stuff because people are calling it "fake weed"..very far from it as far as danger or side effects.

I bet Tyrann Mathieu, Spencer Ware, and Tharold Simon were wondering the same thing back in 2011.

If we legalize all drugs and institute standards, that problem goes away.

I normally agree with you on drug related issues but you're dead wrong on this one brother. That fake weed shite is horrible and unfit for human consumption. I've seen a guy that was, no bullshite, addicted to it. It ruined his life and he nearly died, from fake weed.

I really enjoyed moonrocks, hash oil in a vape, and all the fancy regular weed they have in Denver when I visited after the law change. frick this fake shite.

There is definitely a test for it, it's just not standard.
