I made no such argument. You railed against the effects, and all I said was that there wouldn't even be a market for the garbage if weed was legal. On the issue of drugs period, it's like everything else. As long as it does me or anyone else harm, what you do, I could give a frick about.

My friends that work in the ER, both nurses and doctors, have been saying fake weed is no joke and people are constantly showing up on that stuff all flipping out and have to be sedated to get them to calm down

We had a kid on our floor that did fake weed among other drugs and had a complete mental break. Like slurred slow speech all the time, just the act of holding a spoon seemed to be too much for him at times. And this was when he was doing "better".

Real weed is a plant, yes. I don't smoke but see no harm in it being legal.

Fake week is synthetic. This means it's manufactured. It is causing issues with people medically in a harmful way. This I am not ok with legalizing

I can think of an entire industry full of people that use this drug because it is undetectable on test, nothing to do with legal/illegal.

That makes no fricking sense whatsoever. If it's legal, why would there be a test to detect it? Do we test for alcohol consumption in anything else but DUI?

This makes it more difficult for doctors to help you if something happens. They can't test and see what you actually took. That kid I mentioned they only knew about the fake weed because a friend of the kid told them.

Which industry? If real weed was legal i think the amount of testing for it would drop.

Most professional jobs in legal states still test for and will fire you for marijuana use

I was told by my buddies that literally every single shift they work in the ER, someone comes in all jacked up from synthetic weed.

Why would cracking down on something like that be bad?

It seems like the Asians get arrested for the fake dope more often than other demo groups ... Just from what I've seen in the news

ER will test for alcohol if a teen comes in unresponsive. If I fall and hurt myself at work they will do a alcohol blood test on the spot to make sure I'm not drinking on the job.

I can think of many other medical reasons to test for alcohol.

Do you not get the job because you've drank alcohol and aren't drunk at the moment, and if so, then why isn't there an alcohol equivalent in synthetics?

The only reason this shite has a market is because weed is illegal.

most of them are very business savy and highly educated. The ones that get caught are probably very few for the amount that are doing the selling on a grand scale like he was.
