I thought of another scene that I did not handle well at all but I can't remember the title. It's the one about Chris Kyle it think. The scene where the terrorist (or whatever he was) takes the drill to the kids ear.

The scene in Casino I have trouble with is the guy getting his head put in a vise. That's much worse than what happens to Nicky and his brother. Those two dickbags had it coming.

I'm not sure what the policy is on GOT spoilers, but there have definitely been a few scenes there for the non-readers that were tough to watch, particularly with the bastard. The rape scene comes to mind.
