Bite the curb is a hard one to watch. The sound of the teeth barely touching the curb and the stomping itself make it so realistic.
Another one is the baby scene in trainspotting. Wierds me out every time.

Horrible scene. What makes it worse is the loud shreik sound that is played when he hits it.
