Yes you can. You have to take the road under the service roof and loop after Tulane. Or just take poydras to Roberts (side street by the supper dome). It Ts with Tulane and then you take a left and you are at the on ramp for 1-10 E. Or you can take the road under the interstate all the way to treme...

A wet tile saw is the only thing that will work consistent. Roll the bottle as you cut. You have to make sure the bottle is this thick enough though cause the thin ones will break every time. I've been there done that ...
