So basically if you know him and aren’t coming out to condem him as an abuser then YOU ARE THE PROBLEM.

This is exactly why I’ve assumed none of his friends have come forward to openly defend him. NOT because they think he’s some monster but because in a situation where the accused is guilty by virtue of nothing more than having been accused, openly DEFENDING them is seen as being part of the problem. Hell this a-hole is saying that’s the case unless they condemn him!!

Again, regardless of what you think of this guy as an entertainer and even regardless of whether or not you believe him here THIS system of burning people at the stake based on nothing more than accusation and then shutting down any attempts at defending oneself has got to be pushed back against.

And why have none of her friends come out and corroborated any of her story? All we have are anecdotes from either friends or his prior co-workers about his general personality. She claims that he alienated her from her friends. Why haven't her friends spoken up about it?

She is a cosplayer she doesn’t have friends

Again, if you tell an employer that your ex-employee was "batshit crazy", you'd better have documentation of the batshit.

I was quickly pressured to take an on-camera job at his company I didn’t want (I do not like to work for my significant others), because he insinuated I would be ungrateful to not accept it. Scared to upset him, I accepted the job, but I refused payment for my work, feeling uncomfortable about the whole thing (though the lovely folks at his company eventually forced me to take a check). By this time, like I said, I was terrified to piss him off- so I did what he said.

He was so mean, he forced her to jump onto the dick of another man, unbeknownst to him of course. What a shitbag, trifling bitch.

Just to update this thread, there have now been three different ex girlfriends step forward to defend him, aside from his actual wife.

Jacinda Barrett - Dated 95-96

quote:

“This past week I have watched someone I once loved and shared four years of my life with be publicly accused of misconduct and abuse, then swiftly fired and shunned,” she wrote, tagging Hardwick in the post. “The accuser’s story bears no resemblance to the one I shared with him all those years ago, but what is of supreme importance here is that every woman and every man deserves a voice. Accuser and Accused. Everyone deserves to be heard.

Imagine you are sitting in a courtroom. A person walks in and in their own words reads a statement accusing you of wrongdoing. The punishment for this crime is to lose your livelihood, legacy, reputation and to be publicly shamed,” she writes. “Without examination of evidence, without due course the judge turns to everyone there and says what do you think? Guilty?

Janet Varney - Dated 2004-2011

quote:

“The last thing I wanted to do was to complicate an already complicated situation, and this statement isn’t intended to weaken or drown out the voices of those who have bravely moved us forward in the fight against all forms of abuse,” Varney told The Times exclusively in a statement Tuesday.

“But I have also only grown increasingly concerned each passing day about the myriad of ways that my silence could be interpreted, and have felt compelled to share my own experience,” said Varney, whose work includes “Stan Against Evil,” “You’re the Worst” and “The Legend of Korra.”

“Over the seven years Chris and I were together, I was never subjected to any kind of sexual abuse or controlling behavior whatsoever,” Varney said. “Since our breakup in 2011, we have remained friends.”

Andrea Savage Dated 2002-2003

quote:

“I’ve known Chris for over 15 years. We dated years and years ago,” Savage tells PEOPLE. “He is one of the kindest, most supportive, women-supporting, intelligent people I’ve ever met.”

“None of this rang true in terms of my experience with him,” she says. “He’s truly one of the least controlling people. That’s not the Chris I know.”

The actress reached out to him shortly after the allegations first surfaced.

“I was just like, ‘Hey, I’m sure you’re having a really, really terrible day. Just wanted to say you have support out there if you need it,’ ” she says.

“I feel like we’re suddenly in this environment where people are able to publicly name and accuse you of things, but then nobody else is allowed to give their experience with that person and defend their character,” she explains. “If you’re a woman and you say something like this, you’re not supportive of women and against the MeToo movement. If you’re a man, forget it, you can’t say anything.”

“I feel like the MeToo movement is so important, and it’s such a fragile platform on social media and the Internet for women whose voices are not being heard and literally, have no where else to turn. I feel like as much as we’re calling on men to take responsibility, women need to, as well, to protect this channel because it is powerful. When you say something, it has serious repercussions.”

So, to recap...his unfaithful cos-player ex accuses him of sexual assault during their relationship without using his actual name and threatens to show evidence unless he does "the right thing", gets reamed by social media within second for being a monster, gets bashed for not responding quick enough, gets bashed later the same day when he DOES respond and denies it all, loses every current job he has as media companies respond to the mob, gets bashed for his close male friends not rushing to his defense, gets bashed for his mother in law and wife defending him, gets bashed when Adam Carolla defends him, and now gets bashed when basically every one of his exes defend him...and STILL Ms. Dykstra has not shown the world the evidence she said she had?

Whatever you may think of this guy as an entertainer, can we all agree he's most likely getting royally fricked here by a system that even all these women can now see it for what it is?

Yeah, she's awesome.

Honestly, that guy has done well for himself even back then. Kudos for him getting cleaned up and getting into shape, etc...but he was doing well even back then...and it's a fricking wonder to be honest.

I think it was after Savage that he got sober and got his shite together.
