Julio just about took over a playoff game for the falcons last year. I haven't seen that in a NFL in a long time.

Less than 2 weeks ago, Andre Johnson. 9 grabs. 229 yards. 3 TDs.

Absolutely. If Decker and Welker weren't there, he could be putting up crazy numbers. I guess it can be also argued Welker, Decker, Moreno and Manning open up more opportunities for him, but he did similar things with Tebow of all people.

Could you imagine if Brady had D.Thomas?? I'm thinking he could put up R.Moss numbers.

used to be larry fitzgerald or andre johnson before CJ hit his peak and they got older

now it has to be AJ based on production. he has a not so special QB and puts up over 1100 yards a year.

if you want to argue about who is the best big play guy (not about total production) then maybe it is desean jackson - his career average per reception is 17.3 yards

I feel bad for Fitz. He could've been the best.
Fitzgerald during the Cardinals' Superbowl run played the best i've ever seen a wide receiver play in my life. Ever.

Then followed it up by catching a hail mary in the pro bowl

Probably. The numbers would be close to Denver, but Brady is a supreme deep-ball thrower than Manning.

The Patriots would be scary if they had an elite wide receiver like the Moss days.

Marshall is and has always been overlooked his entire career. Hes 1 of the few guys in the NFL that can dominate the other team because hes just a physical freak. Meaning he can be double teamed and still beat you. He can get to balls that 99% of NFL players cant.

I go:
Marshall
Julio(hopefully he will be back 100%)
AJ
DT
Dez

So because Jones did well in a playoff game, he's the second best wr all of the sudden? Pls. The guy is a major talent, but there are wr's who are more polished and consistent.

AJ or Marshall are probably the most polished AND athletic... although demayrius has gotten quite good as well. I think dez has the highest ceiling. Fitz would be right up there with a decent team, his route running and hands probably the best. Julio the best athlete after Megatron.

Dez Bryant is not the second best WR in the NFL. Period.

I would say AJ Green or Larry Fitzgerald. Julio has the talent to be in the top tier but has to put it together consistently to move up. Marshall, D. Thomas, and Nelson are a tier below those top 3-4 guys IMO. Marshall, mainly because of his undeniable tendency to drop passes in the end zone.
