re: Game of Thrones S6:E6:"Blood of My Blood", HODORS ONLY(No Book Readers) - eyeran
Call me crazy, but Gilly had a pretty sweet set up had Sam just left her there. Especially after his dad established he wouldn't kill her or the child. Sure, he would've always been a dick to her, but the mom and sister seemed cool and the child would've had a decent life. They filmed it like it ...
You mean dude didn't earn an extra 24mil.
LOL This franchise barely makes a dent in the local and national consciousness. At this point, ownership apparently cares more about losing horse races than winning basketball games. Thats not even to mention the Jerry Springer-worthy drama ...
Getting multiple competent ball handlers and decision makers isn't exactly following the GS model or chasing rainbows and unicorns. That's just where the league is right now.
Is it really though? Thats where Golden State is. San Antonio was there, but even they went to less ba...

re: All aboard the Kris Dunn bandwagon! - eyeran
Yeah. After the top 2, I don't think there's much separation between the next 4 or 5 guys. So I wouldn't really have a problem with any of those guys. I like Valentine and if they decide he's is in that group, I think its fine moving back to grab him. But if they're passing up better up talent to...

re: All aboard the Kris Dunn bandwagon! - eyeran
This team passing up better talent to trade back for a better fit would actually be the dumbest thing Demps has ever done...well, maybe outside of Asik. Unless people think Valentine is a better prospect than some of the guys projected at 6(which is fine), trading back would be incredibly dumb. T...
Well that's pretty much what we brought Gentry in for. Obviously it won't be 1 for 1 but he is here to implement a philosophy and system to our roster. He is here because he is a system coach Demps wanted.
And we're gonna bomb chasing the model of a team that just won 73 games ...
I mean we are gonna use a wall comp let's throw a Wade comp out there too Throw a little Jrue in there. Maybe some rondo
So, outside of Jrue, just find some guys who can't shoot to make the comparison? There's almost no similarities between Payton and Dunn's games. Payton's a ...

re: Combine Thread - eyeran
The size/length/athleticism numbers are similar to Wall. The ability to finish in transition, the explosion, sometimes out of control nature of his game is similar to Wall. Im talking Wall coming out of school, not all star Wall Dunn projects as much more of a scorer than Payton ever will be, imo...

re: Combine Thread - eyeran
I really like Dunn. Glad it was actually him that mentioned Wall, because thats who I see when watching him. The lack of shot is scary though. At one point in his DX breakdown he took the worst jumper i've ever seen in my life, not exaggerating. I probably rewinded the video a dozen times to see ...
I wouldn't mind a bit of tinkering back away from being so guard friendly but I can manage.
Same here. The only way I can see it happening though is if they get rid of the zone defense.
