you're proving crewzy's point here Guys like Gordon and McGee are thriving in a stable environment w/ high IQ guys.
You even read his posts?
Our three guys have talent. And no, I don't think they will get these things with a new coach. A guy like Jason Kidd was always going t...

re: Keenan Lewis Cleared Up The Air - eyeran
What number are we at for guys that have had negative things to say about the organization after they left? Are they all lying? There's always some nonsense going on with the teams Payton and Loomis are putting together. Its a shitshow. And they acknowledge there's a problem when they blow...

re: FIRE GENTRY - eyeran
Benson's a problem insofar that it seems he'll never fire Loomis. We've watched Loomis basically set money on fire post-Super Bowl. Year after the at the top of the league in payroll, for crap results. The bad spending extended to the Pelicans too I think Benson would be fine we people in char...

re: Thinking of ending your life? Listen to the latest "In the NO" podcast - eyeran
There's a laundry list of guys that were supposedly low IQ and/or shitty intangibles types...until they weren't. Half the early 2000s Jailblazers, for example. Just skip forward to this season. Eric Gordon is the 2nd best player on one of the best teams in the league. Something happen to him i...

re: Thinking of ending your life? Listen to the latest "In the NO" podcast - eyeran
They don't have the actual leverage this offseason though. Anything they promise now are just words. Loomis would have to look at all the tickets Cousins has sold and feel paying Gentry $4 million and Cal $10 was justified. Maybe it happens but I'm not betting on it.
Oh ok. I got u. ...

re: Thinking of ending your life? Listen to the latest "In the NO" podcast - eyeran
I think a lot of those things are a matter of circumstance. You cited Draymond Green as an example of a guy with those attributes. While I agree Draymond has a high bball IQ, I think he'd be looked at worse than Cousins around the league if he was drafted by about 25 other teams. Might not even b...

re: Thinking of ending your life? Listen to the latest "In the NO" podcast - eyeran
You clearly didn't listen.
Yes, I did listen and my post wasn't aimed at you or your podcast, specifically. Just the general "sky is falling," sense that seems to be creeping in, when a few weeks ago our hopes rested on Buddy Hield turning into Davis' #2 guy longterm. ...

re: Thinking of ending your life? Listen to the latest "In the NO" podcast - eyeran
Because you guys look at roster and raw talent.
Im looking at Davis, Cousins, and Jrue The rest of the roster is trash. But, those three are a WAAAAAAY better foundation than we've ever had here. Start there. Everybody else is disposable. ...

re: Thinking of ending your life? Listen to the latest "In the NO" podcast - eyeran
Going into the all star break, if someone would've said we'd add another superstar to this team for Buddy Hield and a protected pick, nobody would've believed it. Even less believable would be that after it happened people would end up even MORE pessimistic and cynical than before ...

re: Thinking of ending your life? Listen to the latest "In the NO" podcast - eyeran
We just paired another superstar with Anthony Davis, for peanuts Going into next year, we'll have the two best players on the court most nights we line up That alone moves us so much farther along in building a winner, and actual contender, than we've ever been in New Orleans I refuse to go...

re: DO NOT let Crawford go - eyeran
26.3% from 3 for Hollis Thompson vs. 25% for Brown.
Yeah. I get why they let him go, he just wasn't hitting shots. Only reason I still hold out some hope for a guy like Brown is just his age and him having way less NBA minutes to prove himself. You'd think shooting would be the easi...

re: DO NOT let Crawford go - eyeran
I can see Crawford finding a way to score buckets for us, if we give him the green light to go for it. Im just not counting on him being a good shooter I'm still disappointed Anthony Brown didn't work out and kind of wish we'd given him a longer look. On paper, he seemed to have almost everything...

re: AD and Boogie are playing the same role offensively - eyeran
We end up running 3 different style offenses during games. Slow it down, halfcourt offense when Boogie's out there w/o Davis Up and down fast pace offense when Davis is out there w/o Boogie And a combination of both when they're out there together. My problem is how seldom we seem to run...
