3) Any time you fly domestically, round trip with 1 other person, you can take $100 off on the total cost. Again, if you fly a lot this is huge. Consider this: Flight to ORD yesterday was $76 out of MSY. With CSR, you would pay $52 for 2 people to fly to Chicago, and get free food and drinks at the lounge. $26 a person. Cheaper than what you'd spend a night out at Fred's Free Drinks (
According to tpg this doesn't apply to the csr and is a visa infinite perk just for the ritz Carlton card.

Hmm. There has been some speculation about that. The thing is that this is very likely a Visa Infinite benefit, not a Visa/Chase/Particular product benefit. Since CNB Crystal Visa Infinite (the only one before Ritz and CSR) had it, then Ritz had it, and the fact that you have to log in to the Visa infinite portal, would be some indication to that.
I guess time will tell.

I hope the 12 free gogo inflight wifi passes are also a perk, like the crystal.

Talk to me, Goose about the best way to combine miles. So for instance wife gets 100K miles and I do also under Chase Sapphire Program. Want to transfer it to say Flying Blue and redeem points for a family vacation, so we can all fly on same reservation.
Possible or not?

I've read the CSR does not include the $100 off domestic travel visa infinite perk. I figure it's all speculation at this point

Not sure what your concern is here. That's basically how this works. So yes, ofcourse it's possible

What number to call and apply for Reserve?
Posted on 8/24/16 at 4:22 pm to AmeriKop45
I just saw something that said miles transferred would have to match name on the account. Just wondering if that is something they just put on there but dont follow through. This was for Flying Blue transfers.

You can transfer Chase points to your wife and vice versa. You can't have them leave Chase to someone else's loyalty account. Don't want someone grand theft rewards pointing you

Ahh, so have her transfer her points to mine and then transfer that amount over to a 3rd party mileage program?
Thanks for the mechanics.

$100 off every time I use the Ritz card to purchase airline tickets? Woohoo. Where is this portal I need to log into?

Ritz card making more sense. Glad I kept it. I also get $300 in travel reimbursements a year.

Planning a Montreal trip for next year and I'm working out how best to do it. Thinking about SPG Amex for the 25k point signup bonus for 4 nights at a Le Meridien property (7k points per night). I know that there was a 35k point offer back in March that would be ideal, any idea of how frequently the 35k bonus offer pops?
Posted on 8/24/16 at 5:48 pm to Dead Mike
All speculation at this point but there is a chance that it may be offered in September. Check back in a couple of weeks to see if there is a link.
Also - don't forget 5th night free with SPG. If you are able to swing it, add another night for free to the 28K price.

Not only that, Doctor of Credit is linking to his reddit post about some fee BoA was trying to charge him.
