I just got approved. They also almost doubled my credit line from my Amex.

How long did it take you to get approved? Submitted mine earlier today, haven't heard back

Online submissions should be immediate unless you got flagged. Are you over 5/24 or 2/30days? Do you have high CL already with Chase? Is something on your application incorrect such as address etc?

I'm not over 5/24 but it could be my CL. Can I adjust this and still get approved?

Yes. Call in. They'll give you a decision one way or another.

As Amerikop said, you want to call in. If it is the credit limit, you can ask if they can move credit from one card to the CSR

I got the CSP in June and just got my 50k bonus points.
Should I get the CSR now?

I only have one Chase card.

For everyone who is wondering if they should get the CSR:

1) Are you under 5 new accounts in last 24 months?
2) Have you had other Chase Cards?
3) Have you applied for under 2 Chase cards in the last 30 days?

If you answered Yes to all of those the answer is: ABSOLUTELY GET THE CSR!

That's it? Isn't the CSP more than that? I would have guessed Reserve would be a lot

I answered Yes to all. This is funny shite.
I will have received 255k bonus points since May.

Should I downgrade the CSP in Jan. to get rid of the cost? Should I switch it to Freedom?

I just lowered all of my CLs and I should be well under the limit, plus I only have 3 chase cards.

Chase told me I will have to wait to receive the approve/not approve letter in the mail.

Should not have lowered CLs. Should have used it as bargaining chip and offered to move existing CL to CSR.

Yes and Yes. CSR is CSP+More. No reason to have CSP if you have CSR.

Yea that's what I did, I had to move some stuff around in order to stay under the max line between my cards. They said that since they have such a high volume of requests and my app is still "pending", someone will review it and get back in touch with me.

Don't see how they can deny me at this point since I am under the 5/24 and I have a metric shite ton of spending through Chase.

I don't think they will deny you. They're barely denying anyone for this card (if under 5/24)

Hopefully AMEX will offer 100k again with the release of the CSR. If not I'm switching to CSR

I am hoping this will give us Platinum users some serious bargaining power when the annual fee hits otherwise I am switching in October. I would switch now but I can't dedicate $4,000 worth of spend really until January rolls around.

Whats the overall CL? I had a very normal CL's on my other chase cards. My CSR is over 10x either of them.

Which Freedom card do you recommend downgrading to (regular or unlimited)?

Kop - did you go to a branch and check if you were pre-approved for the CSR? Think I'm going to try that angle and cross my fingers. Worst case, I will probably just product change since I actually want that card even without the sign-up bonus. 3x on travel is just too juicy with my spend.
