Typing in Chase Sapphire Reserve in the link you gave me for the Infinite $100 airline ticket savings instead of Ritz Carlton Card yields nothing. Not to say that the CSR won't have that benefit in the future but it does not appear to have it now.

However, I'm going to abuse that benefit for the Ritz Carlton Card like there is no tomorrow.

Everything showed up online immediately for me.

I want it before I go up to Wisconsin next week.

Same here. Two separate envelopes sitting at front door when I got home. I did request express delivery through secure message but I believe everyone will get their cards earlier than expected.

--- So as I call to activate, Lady tells me this is Priority Pass Select which allows unlimited
guests Also, the $300 credit will be applied by points end of each cycle.

Guess who didn't get their card despite getting expedited service?

Just called the status line and they said that I will be notified of their decision in writing in the next 30 days.

Does my unsuccessful application count toward the 5/24 limit? Mid December will return to 4/24 if a failed application doesn't count.

Hope there is a reward point battle come springtime!

So i don't need to sign up for visa infinite anywhere it's just automatically applied to the card if I have over a 10k limit?

I believe that is how it works. Also, I don't think you are allowed to have anything less than a 10k limit. This is based on my discussion with the customer rep on the phone.

I have way too many chase cards, so she had to move some available credit from my CSP to my CSR

Yes, card is same as CSP.

- Only additional sign up/ activation was the Priority Pass Select, which I asked the rep to do when I activated my card.

edit: I have already met the min spending required for the 100k. Will do the same for wife's card tomorrow. She said that she has no idea what's gotten into me

I like how the points guy had this whole video of them unveiling the card from a nice box. I got an envelope haha.

I just booked a venue for a wedding reception. It is a "club" that specializes in dining. They charge an extra 3.5% to pay with credit card. My first reaction was to not pay with credit card but it may still be worth it if I use the CSR or freedom card (at the right quarter) if it counts as dining right? Would a wedding reception register as dining? How do I find out?

Booked a "dining" venue on CSP that charged 3%. If I transfer to CSR and do minimum redemption, I broke even.

Figured why not for the signup bonus

Ask them to do a $1 test charge on a Sapphire and see if it codes properly.

RE: the Ritz airline credit, that's $100 on a purchase of 2 tickets, right?

Generally speaking the ritz card has gotten pretty compelling to have except for any actual spend not related to Ritz/Marriott stays or something that earns a credit.

3 club upgrade certs annually
$100 credit per 2 nt stay (can stack with upgrade cert)
$100 airline credit (unlimited)
$300 annual travel incidentals credit (pretty easy to manufacture this without any real spend)
$100 Global Entry credit
Priority Pass Select
Primary auto rental coverage

Add in Marriott Gold Elite status free the first year and after $10k annual spend thereafter to the Ritz card benefits.
