So just a little Monday motivation from CT fletcher. This is what CT has to say about complaining about diet food doesn't taste good.

Off the rails tonight. Had a lean pocket and some crackers and hummus. Ran a few miles to try and burn some carbs off.

Back down to 198.8. I tried protein powder for creamer in my coffee. Don't do it. Clumpy.

Day 10. Basically final day since I'll be drinking tonight and probably some finger foods that will have higher carbs/fats than usual. However, will continue the next couple of days on same meal plan.

Total loss is 3.5-4LBs. Doesn't seem like much but this diet did its job. I would like slightly more fat loss but I really can't complain about the results. Will prob have to post pic to show the difference.

Congrats! Down 4 pounds in ten days sounds pretty good for a Cat 1. I've never been below 15%, but I have been right at it. The closer I got, the less weight I lost - but you could really see a difference in even a few of pounds.

That's one bright side to being fat... I ate pretty well Father's Day and even drank a few beers. I only allowed myself a 4 hour window for the day and still managed to loose. Just had to check this morning and was down 12 pounds for day nine.

Ok, I've already read the entire thing in the last hour and I'm in. So I'm switching from keto to PSMF. I'll give it a week and see how it goes. I'm very successful on keto with weight loss, but would like to see what it does in a short burst (which seems to be its purpose). Once I get to satisfied weight/leanness (word?), go back to keto as it seems to appear to be easier to stay on for long periods of time.

He is right.

Coming from the guy that used to bulk with 4 big Macs, 4 apple pies and 4 large fries for lunch everyday for 20 years, it is also a little funny LINK.

Open heart surgery wouod probably help clean up ones diet I would think

Was doing great until I grabbed a spicy tuna roll from Rouses! But that rice is the only carbs all day. Pork loin, round steak, beef jerky, and protein shakes to hit the protein!

Careful with jerky. It usually has sugar.

Btw, I put myself in some bad situations. I got oatmeal cream pies for my boys.

Will post results soon. I hate to post pics but it's a great way to actually show what this diet did in a short time for me.

Felt really strong today. I tried something out. I increased my sodium intake today to about 8-9 grams.

Got 275 on bench 8 times then did 275 on bent over rows 6 times in same workout.
