It's getting real tough for me today. Worked out a good bit this morning. Completely zapped of energy now. Would kill for burger, pizza, ice cream, cake, alcohol. frick me. Basically 3 more days of this shite. But I'm really liking the results.

I ate at normal maintenance today as I worked for close to 6 hours helping my friend pour a slab. Prolly carried a wheel barrel full of concrete 25 times about 100 years each time so I burned plenty today.

Hopefully I see 183 tomorrow.

Lunch was easier than I thought. Two chicken breasts covered in salsa and 10g of low fat shredded cheese. Easily the best grilled chicken I've had this week.

So good I had it for dinner also.

Nice. Actually went to chipolte tonight for dinner. Was tired of cooking all week. Got salad bowl with chicken salsa and fajita veggies, no dressing. Low calorie, carb, fat with high protein. Not too bad. Four more days for me and it's complete.

I thought cat 1 was no free meals, but a 1 day+ refeed.

Either way sweet Jesus today is my refeed, just started it off with some spaghetti with marinara and grilled chicken. Going to eat a bagel shortly and go do an easy 15 miles on the bike.

No gym time today, cant get away from the kiddos that long.

No atleast the new version for cat 1 weight lifter is 2xlean mass in grams of protein, 11-12 days, no refeed, no free meals.

I am off the rails today but about to get all my meals prepped for this week and am gonna be crazy strict for 14 days and get this last 2-3% body fat off.

Plus side is the pump tonight while lifting will be great.

Had a NY strip trimmed of fat with brussel sprouts and salad zero calorie dressing for today. Eggs whites for breakfast.

Seems I gained back some water weight from yesterday, about a pound. So 3-4 pounds lost total. It's not much but the fat really looks to be trimmed off the abs. Wondering if its possible to trim fat and build muscle at same time during this diet.

Tuesday is an alumni function that will have free booze and food. frickin hard to pass up. You think cutting it off a day or two early would matter that much?

First- it's not possible at these calorie levels but 4 lbs of actual fat is a lot when you are already thin. People under estimate how much losing a true pound of fat looks like.

Second- no won't hurt a thing. If I was you and doing the event, I would do the event, enjoy the rest of the week eating at maintenance but with some carbs each day and the. Get back on if you feel you have more to lose.

Yeah my plan is to keep going for the first two days of the week then gradually increase my fat and carb macros til I'm at maintenance by Friday/Saturday.

Starting RFL tomorrow. At about 170 right now can hopefully get down about 5 lbs of all fat.

Just got back from a bachelor party this weekend so I'm sure it will be brutal.

I appreciate your posts man. Really helped me out. I'm glad I found this board. This diet was just what I was looking for to shed it fast just never knew how to go about it. It works and I'm pleased with results so far.

Wouldn't eating at maintenance include carbs anyway?

Not really, maintenance would be a certain caloric level that allows you to achieve homeostasis weight wise. The macro make up is something totally different. You can eat at maintenance on no carbs or all carbs, it's still a maintenance caloric level.

Thanks man, glad you liked the diet.

I got all my meals done for the weekdays this week. Eating shrimp and egg whites everyday and alternating between a mix of super lean ground beef and 99% turkey and then scallops. On days I have scallops I will have to slam protein shakes also.

Gonna have to really stick to lots of shrimp the next two weeks if I am going to make it through.

I realize that, I just assumed it'd be a normal carb/fat/protein ratio

I assume it'd be low carb/higher fat than RFL/higher protein?
