I bought some cold fried chicken from Mathernes. I guess ill heat it up in the oven. I still have some Jambalaya left over from Monday, and I may cut up a squash or something.

Heading to Five Guys I see a Bacon Cheeseburger all the way and some fries in my future.

Marinated cucumbers, cheese stuffed Cubanelle peppers, and an eggplant parmesan poboy on Leidenheimer. All veggies from the garden which is just starting to produce.

Taco Bell. Nursing a bit of a hangover, craving all things South of the Border.

Headed to Rouses probably for red snapper fillets that are on sale.

Spare ribs on the grill. Will pair with Rouses' deviled egg potato salad and some corn boiled in crawfish seasoning.

Anyone uses IMGUR to upload images? Not sure why my pics are so huge. Anyone knows how to make it smaller?

Add "width=500" one space after .jpg in your link. No quotation marks, though.
I don't usually use IMGUR, but that should work, anyway.

High ABV beer that apparently will make me strip and pass out, we will see.

Darla, did you roast those tomatoes in the oven or on top of the stove. They're beautiful.

I didn't see the width=500 in your URL, but here's what it looks like with it done:
Your post still shows this (I removed the img tags so it would show up_:

Kegged Pork Sirloin Chops and More.........
It was a beautiful day and better day for doing some grilling. I put some sirloin pork chops to marinate in apple juice and a peach/mango/jalapeno pepper glaze earlier today, made some homemade mac & Cheese and baked beans(canned but goosed them up a bit)with bacon and sweet jalapeno relish.
The mac and cheese was made first using opened packages of assorted pasta that was in the pantry. Drives me crazy to have so many bags with only a little bit of pasta in them.
The beans were put in the Keg early to heat up and get some smoke.
I added some Kiolbassa smoked sausages and the pork chops to the Keg and let it do it's thing.
Add a cold beer and the nice breeze and the smoke and smells taking over the neighborhood and it was a beautiful late afternoon.
Everything done!
Time to eat!!!!!!
And yes, it was all delicious! Especially that sausage. That's some awesome Texas sausage!!!!!

In a skillet on the stove. Just takes a very short time, but adds good flavor. Thanks. :)
