I'm currently eating at the same Tex Mex place for the 5th night in a row. It's the only restaurant in this town. I'm trying to find the best item on the menu.

Don't think I've found it yet.

Actually not too bad for the price and they were very generous with the crawfish.

The color is so vivid and I really love caramelized tomatoes. So much flavor.

I just had some amazing chuck roast, rice and gravy, and corn!

I am waiting on my Ghost to cool down from the pre release this evening!! Cant wait to taste it!

No kidding huh? Id be scared to eat crawfish in cajun country. Cajun's do a lot of great things with food. Crawfish isnt one of them.
