My favorite cut is the petite filet. It's a perfect portion for a female that does not have a hefty appetite! That and a side of creamed spinach is a full meal for me and is delicious.

I have eaten at probably 40-50 prime steakhouses around the country and i have only had 2 I would put before Ruths

have you been to Wildfire in Chicago? I'd put them above Ruths as well

Have not been to Wildfire. I will definitely try it out next time in up there.
I've been to Morton's, gene and georgettis, rosebud steakhouse, gibsons and Chicago cut
Chicago definitely has more place I want to try.

Excellent. One of the best steaks you can get.

ETA: I always get the Filet and the shoestring fries

Ruth set the standard. It is a great steakhouse but several have outdone it.

Don't let people tell you it's bad or even average

He's not trolling. A $30 tip on a $150 meal is hardly extravagant.

true that. I disagreed with Cit above, but he is a solid poster.

I love the Ruth Chris in BR. Only thing I wish was on the menu more, which is standard on some, is the osso bucco ravioli.

They have great turtle soup at the BR location.

A fifteen percenter on a gift card who isn't drinking. just don't order the steak well done or a bottle of ketchup and give it away. The waiter will run for the hills.

Now that we've established that. What is the attire for Ruth's Chris?

Only blue jeans and a button down by me, but then we sit and get special service in the bar...

At the big round table , with 2 side bars

Jeans are fine
