I’m a member of Woman’s Fitness Center. There are no 6 am classes on Tuesday-Thursday. The earliest is 7:30 am. On M, one yoga at 6, W-same yoga at 6 and a Pump class at 6:15, on F, a Barre class at 6:15. Hope this helps her decide. ...

You need a mat. Blankets are used as props for different poses. I’ve been buying this brand from Amazon for the last 10 years. Tried Lululemons but didn’t like it. It didn’t have enough grip for me.
