Exactly how do you think it has helped your recovery and what other results have you got from deer antler extract?

Now don't eat.

I'm stuck 227/219/185
Started weightlifting this week so I'm hoping to see the number move next week. If not then I'll think of something to change diet wise

I went up, initially (the first week), by about 3 pounds when I started back lifting. Most of it was water weight due to DOMS.

With that said, when I was first getting started good with my weight loss (50 pounds down or so I think) I started to hit the gym with weightlifting. Every time I did my weight loss would stall out and discourage me and I'd switch it up to just cardio or put it on hold so as to resume the weight loss. I really wish I wouldn't have done that and just stuck with it. Don't let a stall due to training worry you or make you change up too much...the scale will move when it wants to. Take pictures now as you've started working out and take some every month or so to compare. You may not see it on the scale (it may even go up) but you'll see it in the pictures!

dont think so. I forget i even take it. increased muscle recovery has been its biggest benefit to me. Has also helped my lower back pain, taking me from about 85% to near 100% most days.

Yeah I won't worry about it too much. This is about the time I've always quit and then gone back to eating terribly, not working out, and drinking a lot. That's not happening this time.

Anyone ever watch the obesity documentary Fed Up? I'm watching it right now. Going after the big food companies getting people addicted to sugar while they label foods healthy but really they still have a ton of sugar in them. Also going after people like CocaCola and other groups lobbyist influencing everything.

I pay $15 for 60ml from a locally sourced place here in nola that sells supplements

Ive read mixed reviews, but was willing to try it. I think it works, but can understand the skepticism.

Despite going on vacation for a week and the diet going out the window and drinking more, I still lost weight and hit the 20 lb mark this morning
