Nice! If you used my dregs, then it will take 6 months for the tartness and the Brett to really show up.
I did, plus more Crooked Stave and Jester King and possibly other stuff I can't remember. Bug, I collected dregs in a jar in the fridge for a month or two, then made a 1...

re: Homebrewing: In-Process Thread - LoneStarTiger
Sampled my table beer. In two weeks it went from 1.027 to 1.001. The dregs have some saison yeast, I get some nice saison flavors, just a bit of brett funk, and a hint of tartness that I hope is the bacteria I'm gonna let it go a couple more weeks and ...

re: Interview about DBT's upcoming live album - LoneStarTiger
Isbell's sound has evolved quite a bit since he left, I think for the better. He's only gotten stronger and stronger since leaving and sobering up. The band had been Patterson and Cooley even before it was DBT. Other members have come and gone but those guys have remained the songwriting core of ...
but you're very fictitious in the way you post toward List's support of Brash. yea he supports and promotes them; maybe because they're in all of our back yards and producing better beers than karbach, st arnold and buffalo bayou combined. yea
You want to support them for makin...
