I'll check 'em out. Do you just sip on the the bcaa mix during workout, or just like chug it half way through or something? I've never done anything with those, in all my reading previously it was suggested that bcaa's weren't really needed unless working out fasted, so I just assumed they weren't ...

I really don't think you're going to have to worry about it not working. I don't think the drop box functionality is going to randomly break or anything. Although I guess when dropbox gets updates you never know what might happen, but things like that can always be rolled back and updates ignored ...

I thought they were just ending the support for drop box...as long as that functionality is working there's no reason that YNAB 4 won't continue to work. Theoretically, it should continue to work forever since it's simply a software program installed locally....

break down of the pizza... 383 calories per slice (4 slices in all) 4g net carbs (7 carbs 3 fiber) 21g protein 32g fat I typically eat 2 slices and save the rest for lunch the next day....
