I had to remove the door for the pull-up bar to fit in the frame. Still not strong enough to do enough pull-ups (even with the assist) to get a good enough workout from using the pull-up bar alone and find I get a much better workout with the bands. No issues so far after ~ 6 months of doing it. ...

do you have some beams or something that can be looped around? That would probably be your best bet. I actually use my door frame pull-up bar to loop my bands around....

I've had one that I got, because I saw it on here also. I've had mine for going on 3+ years now and love it. It is a little firmer than I expected, but hasn't caused me any issues at all. Wouldn't hesitate to buy another one....

I've been using the nike free trainer 5.0 I think they are. They're really light and quite comfortable. Did agility today, it whooped my arse as usual. those little scissor kick hop things suck so bad. jump knee jump are pretty terrible too. I'm beat after those things typically....
