re: One last thread for the day, this boards thoughts on diet/zero sodas. - Doldil
I know it's not great for me, but diet soda is definitely my preferred drink. I don't drink enough water at all...trying to work on that. When I get drinks from the store though, half of them are usually caffeine free...I'll count that as a win ...

re: PuttaDaForkDown v2.0 - Doldil
313/214.4/200 Did yoga last night and didn't run into any major balance issues with the foot, so that was good. then got a little bored while watching the Braves game and decided to try and do 10 push-ups every commercial break (around the 6th inning) I forgot a couple of times, but knocked out a...

re: PuttaDaForkDown v2.0 - Doldil
So, real question regarding my macro's on here: Calories: 1800 Protein: 216 Fat: 80 Carbs: 54 all my macro's in the past have been based around keto. This protein amount seems absurdly high for everything I'm used to doing. I just ate lunch and I'm basically going to have to go home and e...

re: Strong Lifts - Doldil
Did it for a while and had good success. It gets a little much the more you progress. 5x5 with squats 3 times a week is fricking rough at those bigger weights and the time it takes to warmup to your proper weight, followed by 2-3 minute breaks between sets to recover and your time reallllly starts ...

re: PuttaDaForkDown v2.0 - Doldil
my binge eating typically comes from getting stoned and decided to have cookies delivered to me on the weekend which leads to saying frick it, had carbs lets do pizza now. my bigger issue is that I'll seem to get hyper-focused for about 2 months and then stop doing what was working for 6 mo...

re: PuttaDaForkDown v2.0 - Doldil
I wouldn't mind a running routine at all. I'm still recovering from my fractured foot (5th metatarsal). The few times I've attempted to jog have been okay, but I wasn't striking the ground normally which made me nervous. Maybe I just need to get out there again and see if it's all in my head. ...

re: PuttaDaForkDown v2.0 - Doldil
313/215.6/200 so decided last night to jump on board with the avatar nutrition. It's time to get my shite together again, for real. First weigh in this morning is a nice and carb bloated weigh in. That should dip back down to 210 in the next few days. ...

re: Advice for someone who wants to start working out - Doldil
Agreed with GSLP. I did it via advice on the puttadafork down thread. I think "easy" LP programs are great for new people to use. It's simple to follow and shows great results which keeps people motivated (it did me what). Even better, early on the workouts (due to quicker warm-ups) are pretty damn ...

re: Yoga brah - Doldil
what is this?
home workout dvd's done by Tony Horton. They'll whoop your ass. There's a p90 (easiest) p90x (hard), P90x2 (hardest) p90x3 (easier) seems to be the progression. v3 is 30 minute long routines all the way through...p90x routines can vary from 45-1.5 hours long I thin...

re: Yoga brah - Doldil
my only experience with it is through p90x as well, but I love it. I'd really like to take a beginners class or 5 to get some guidance on form and things like that, but that shite is expensive and caters towards stay at home moms with class times and all that. I might just look into something lik...

re: Were any of you non soccer fans that decided to give it a go once ATL got a team? - Doldil
I would suggest going to a game as soon as possible. Experience a game, with the atmosphere it brings, and then decide if it's for you. I think you'll have a blast going to a game and get hooked. ...

re: PuttaDaForkDown v2.0 - Doldil
I got below 200 for about 2 weeks once...hovering around 198 and now I basically stay between 205 and 210 without any real effort save for eating keto. I go up when not eating that way, and rarely lower (because I'm doing lazy keto and not measuring anything or counting calories). It happens. *...
