Watching My 600 pound life.. I suddenly realized Dr now puts his patients on essentially psmf before surgery high protein low fat low carb..

Haha yea that's where the rapid fatloss handbook diet came from. Lyle tweeted protein levels though because he believes loss of muscle is unacceptable and we should lose none or as close to it as possible.

Huh have you read any of my post from the last few days?

It's horrible. Like so bad I pretty much got told by my coworkers to go home this afternoon. My wife hates me right now lol. I didn't have it the first two weeks though only since my carb up on Sunday. Hoping it gets better cause this sucks, been having the shits too since Sunday.

Gonna grab a probiotic tomorrow, hoping it helps.

I honestly don't know but I think it was the carbs. I am good while I am fasting, but after I eat, it gets bad so I dunno.

Think I've decided that I want to get below 260 then maintain until the wedding. This diet is getting pretty tough, though.. If I wait until I'm really hungry I can stomach more chicken and veggies but there's definitely no joy left in eating that.

FOOD IS JUST FUEL FOR THE BODY. YOU DON'T NEED TO ENJOY IT.















jk I miss a good meal luckily I don't mind the chicken and greens 13/14 meals a week. But I'm tired of not being in peak shape during the what's left of my younger years.

Started over yesterday. Hflc day 1 went well. Gotta get the post flood weight off and back to the low I hit right before. The carbs put around 15 pounds on me fast.

Stick with this attitude. I am feeling aging in a bad way, and it's bumming me the hell out. Don't let your best physical years be anything but top notch!

I feel really lethargic and tired today. Want to cave in and have a big meal but my next "free" meal is already planned for Saturday, so gotta just suck it up.

Suck it up buttercup, nobody said it was going to be easy. Finish these two weeks out and you will be below 260 and you can just maintain until the wedding then do another round or two.
