Who do y'all think has the best head cheese?

Where should I go? I've got a hankering.

I go to Armands by my house in Slidell. I forget the brand name or if they make it there. Lots of large chunks of meats and spiced just right.

Without a doubt in BR it's Jerry Lee's.

In the Gonzales area, to me, Murray's grocery has HHC equal to JL's product.

I second the Martin's Wine Cellar recommendation.

How do y'all eat head cheese. I usually eat it with some savory flat bread. Other suggestions?
