I thought picture of the carnage from last night worthy of starting a thread:

Damn! Looks like a great night.

Sometimes I'm afraid I could easily be an alcoholic, but then I remember there's no way I've got time to make all those meetings...

ETA: one of my singular goals when hosting an event is to stump the true mavens on this board, like the guys that were over last night, and I think I served at least 4-6 that none of them had previously tasted, so I call it a true success. I think I might have even gotten B on a few, but he ended up MIA.

This seemed an appropriate breakfast offering:

Maybe if I down a couple before going to hear Les talk at lunch I'll understand him better?

That was an excellent lineup. It looks like I missed a few good ones too after I bolted for self preservation. Thanks again.

Leaving Louisiana with redfish and trout, boudin, sausage and tasso, some Envie and a growler of Dr. Hoptagon

I think it is a successful trip

Is that the date of the big get-together? I might be in town for October 12th. Anybody feel the need for some rare PNW beers? I'm on to a few that can compete with Abita...

I will know more about my in the next couple of weeks...

I have a 2011 Vlad the Imp Aler that I'm looking for the right time to crack open...
