I've had the following from DFH
90 Minute IPA
60 Minute IPA
Raison D'etre
Indian Brown Ale
Midas Touch
Aprihop
Palo Santo Marron
Punkin Ale
My Antonia
And i have Tweason'Ale and Bitches Brew in the fridge.
I've liked all of them. The only exception being Midas Touch tastes a little off sometimes, and i'm just tired of Raison D'etre because i bought to many 6 packs.

While this is true it certainly doesn't stop other breweries from altering their water. Some use reverse osmosis to completely "Build" their own water from the ground up to suit a particular style of beer.

The entire last section is about how to adjust the water profile to suit different styles.
Styles originated with certain profiles because this used to be way too advanced but now even homebrewers can get their water profile reports and adjust things accordingly.

really? water cannot be adjusted in a fairly simple and cost effective manner to reach appropriate pH, TSS, and hardness levels for the type of ale or lager desired for brewing?

I know that St. Arnold did not make an IPA until they got their reverse osmosis system in. Now they can make any beer they want.

They could also not produce as much strawberry. I think i would like it better if it was only a limited quantity. But this year, there are still walls of strawberry lining grocery stores.

That's a sorry excuse not to expand brewing styles.
Hell, if homebrewers can alter their water profiles, there is no reason why Abita couldn't do it.
I think they are content with producing mediocre beer.

They made way too much this year. Last year, you couldn't find it after May. As you said, this year there are still pallets of it in many stores.
