I'm getting the same report from my team. Lots of rain, but little to no standing water.

The worst is over now. Plenty of time to dry out and be great for Saturday. The directors are being very struck about the grass, no traffic of any kind on the public areas. The grass will be prestine for the paying customers.

Regular tickets are $25 in advance and $35 at the door.

$55 is for the judging ticket for Brisket Breakfast in the Team Company Burger tent. Complimentary Bloody Mary and early entry to the event.

All food is sold for hoggy dollars Saturday.

Friday is much like Saturday. Music till like 8 or 9 with several tent parties during and after. Some will charge admission. Some will be closed for donor only parties. There have been several reports of seafood being fried and boiled Friday night for sales. Admission is charged Friday as well.

thanks man, that biscuit was the fricking jam.

our fatal flaw is the biscuit, that thing died in the styrofoam turn in box. after the comp, we were so perplexed, we recreated it, put it in a turn in box for 10 minutes and that cracklin butter biscuit was hard and chewy.

it finished in the high 40's out of 80+ - rough finish for a back to back pork pourri champ

How does that work for the teams involved in this brisket event from a fundraising stand point? Does Company Burger get all of that money ?

no sir.

hogs was gracious enough to let us gamble with house money. they set aside $500 of each teams fundraising moneys for us to gamble with.

winner gets every teams $500 along with all {edit} BRISKET ticket sales donated in their teams name.

no real money changes hands. it all goes to the kids

a tint shop can also tint the windshield with a clear UV blocker for more heat rejection.
