re: Did y'all see Pam Oliver get smoked in the face?

Where are these comments?
I've never heard her make any comments on race? Why does it bother you and others so much.
That's what I really want to know

Why does everyone hate her? The hate is unwarranted IMO

I feel like I'm getting trolled when people say Hill isn't racist. Oliver's is way more narrow and focuses strictly on the QB position. Hill is at ESPN for one reason and one reason only, to stir the race angle pot.
She doesn't stir it all the time.
And when she does, why does it bother you?
And why aren't white columnist and TV pundits accused of doing so?

How is Hill racist?
Because she calls it how it is?
I just don't see how she can be "racist."

Y'all are gonna have to pay attention. She's not biased. She's an angry black woman.
Angry based off what? I'd like to see evidence of Pam Oliver's "race-baiting."
I hate that this has turned into a race thread, but why is she an angry black woman? Because she's has an opinion?
Why won't the Yankees get rid of Arod?

Fruitvale Station: Did of you cry at the end?

I saw the movie 2 nights ago, and I can't lie, I was shook by the end of the movie. I didn't have any tears drop, but I was emotionally disturbed by the ending, even though I knew the outcome.

Stewart started 2 games last year. Walker and Broha are practice squad players and Peters didn't make a roster.
This is all via my friend. I'd have to verify it myself.

PBS had some great teams as well. Dutchtowns 2006 and 2008 squad were great as well even though they could not get past the quarterfinals

I think it's a clearly 2006 Catholic High and then the 2 RHS state championship teams in a close 2nd/3rd.
Clearly the catholic team didn't win state, but their national ranking, combined with their abundance of talent is astronomical. There hasn't been a team as talented in the BR metro era and in south LA as them since the 1996 CHS Bears with Boone, Minor, Applewhite and Williams.

He has a point if you drive it racially--it's not a racial issue superficially.
He's trying to parlay how things tend to work out in eyes of BP ltwerking was ghetto Hoodrat behavior until Miley Cyrus made it suburban. There are other examples of this.

We and the pundits killed middle to lower class kids for trying to capitalize off their performance (cam, bush, pyror) and when the richest CFB of all time decides to do the same, we find him to be the victim and try to find every reason to overthrow the system
Jason Whitlock: Manziel should be a game changer

quote:
The explanation is rather simple: It’s been difficult for America to hear us unless we’re loud, obnoxious and rebellious. Reasonable claims of injustice and unfairness are dismissed as excuse-making by people who allegedly don’t have the necessary integrity and resolve to pull themselves up by their bootstraps. Our shouts are heard, but they often go unaddressed until similar injustices impact the majority community.
quote:
The Heisman Trophy winner is a rule bender like Cam Newton, a rock-star partier like JaMarcus Russell and an improvisational playmaker like Michael Vick. Somehow, America loves Johnny Football. We love him so much that we’re now ready to overthrow the NCAA and the stupid rule book that might deny us the privilege of watching Manziel attempt to duplicate his improbable freshman season. We love this rich, pampered, Justin Bieber-wannabe so much that we’re now apparently ready to deal with the fraudulence of amateurism.
quote:
Yep. This is why black people tend to shout. Reggie Bush was an immoral, greedy punk who deserved to have his Heisman Trophy stripped from him because a potential agent rented his parents a new house. Cam Newton got called everything but a child of God because his father allegedly asked for extra money in his collection plate. Few outside of the Buckeye state cried when Terrelle Pryor got run out of college football because of free tattoos. But Johnny Football and his autographs are game-changers when it comes to public perception of NCAA rules. Why?
