Did my half marathon yesterday and felt great. Beat my 1:45 goal time by more than 2 minutes. Strava has me at 1:42:39. Course measured long on GPS so chip time was 1:43:40
Glad to contribute to the total miles on the TD club. Time to decide my next goal or race

Long time lurker and finally joined the TD Strava group
Have a half planned on Sep 22nd and rying to decide if my goal of sub 1:45 is too optimistic
My best half ever is 1:54 which was the front half of a full a few years ago
Mile time - 6:45
5k time - 23:08
10k time - 48:07

I already declined that trade but it got me wondering what a reasonable return for him would be. I am behind in most pitching categories. But my team hits pretty well. I will probably just stick with Strasburg and hope he turns it around.

His numbers aren't good so far this year but he has had some injury that has affected his mechanics.
I was offered Ryan Zimmerman and Jesse Chavez for Strasburg and Jimmy Rollins.
I don't like that trade because Zimmerman doesn't add much value to my team and Chavez has decent ratios but few wins. I can post rosters if it helps but I was just curious what everyone thinks Strasburg is worth in a roto 5x5 dynasty league
