Are you dead set on bluetooth speakers for outside? It would be a lot less complicated to just run the wires. You'd have to worry about powering the speakers, and the sound quality would be better too.

I would look in to Project Fi if you will be the only person on the plan. I have a buddy who just switched from AT&T, and he says it is fantastic.
$10/gb used every month. if you use under your budgeted allotment you are refunded the next month and vice versa if you go over.
I like this plan because you can actually derive logic from it instead of the made-up rates they charge you at other major carriers.

Witcher 3, and it's not even close. The main game + both expansions can be had for very cheap right now. Well worth it.
