Destin Beach Update

Posted by Blue Collar Tweaker on 7/4/10 at 9:52 am
Does anyone have a recent update on the Destin Beaches? The topic has not had an update in the last few days. I am heading that way with the family in a few days and wanted to know what to expect. I do not fully trust the media reports and I know a large number of people here go there on vacation. Thanks.

I have never been to a game at MSU and wondered if anyone had any advice on good places to park. Will be arriving from West Point.

STay at the Ameristar Casino or Hampton Inn in Council Bluffs Iowa. Quick 5 minute drive and a lot of Tiger fans (when they are in the series). Last time I went there were hundreds of LSU fans who had parties in the parking lot.

Gas Tax

Democratic lawmakers and now the carmakers pushing for a gas tax. Do we see an uprising against such a tax? Could this be the next Tea Party or have we grown soft and just bend over and take it.

Garret and Sheppard

Posted by Blue Collar Tweaker on 11/15/08 at 11:04 am
It appears that these two quarterbacks have very different styles. Garret is more of a pocket passer and Shepard is much more of a dual threat. With the talk about finding a QB to fit his(Crowton) system; why are we recruiting such opposites? Is it possible that Crowton wants to continue the 2 QB system?
I asked my friends the same thing. I thought this was a great combo since it forced the linebackers to pause and react to who had the ball before hitting the hole.

re: LLC Taxed as S Corp

It should work fine. I initially made the same mistake. My CPA filed some papers and now I am able to file as an S corp. One the appropriate papers have been filed, make sure you change your W9 or W2 to reflect you are an S Corp. By filing as an S corp you will have much greater control ovr how much you pay yourself as well as hw much is invested into Social Security.

What is the SEC's record in the national championship game? When we get there---we WIN!!!

Miles is too busy helping Michigan find a head coach to worry about a DC or the MNC game

Why does his name keep coming up? Over the past 4 years he is barely above 500.
