I have one ticket that I can't use if any one wants it at face value ($30).

Bought mine early and it sold out before any of my buddies could get tickets. email me bbraud5 AT gmail.com
I like how he freaks a little when he hears the police siren (at 1:07).
He has an album coming out in June. I pre-ordered and got the download right away. It is bad arse.

That is all.
SCM has turned me onto a shitload of good music.

Plus his reviews make me splatter my computer screen with spit. Jason Aldean's 1994...

quote:

the irony here is the pubescent and 20-something douche rocket cultural front running suburbanites that this type of country rap will appeal to don’t have any idea who the hell Joe Diffie is, and furthermore, won’t care

quote:

But in the end I’m not even confident in saying that songwriters Thomas Rhett, Luke Laird, and Barry Dean aren’t actually fricking with Jason Aldean and the rest of us by putting together this song and daring for it to be cut and released to radio. They may be sitting back laughing their asses off at all of this.

There IS still good country music being made out there - just hard to find. Like this guy. Sturgill Simpson - Life Ain't Fair

Found him on savingcountrymusic.com which is my favorite for bashing new country and promoting real country music.

Last few I bought were good. Similar tastes to yours, sounds like.

Lee Bains III & The Glory Fires - Bomb In Gileax
- soulful Alabama rock & roll

Javi Garcia - The Great Controversy
- badass rock w a little twang

Any music by American Aquarium
- Dances For The Lonely is my personal fave

Sturgill Simpson - Life Ain't Fair & The World Is Mean
- true country music

Lucero - Women & Work
- Memphis rock, lot more horns on this album than their other stuff. I like though
