After watching the game it wouldn't have mattered if GSU lost its QB or not. LSUs defense was overwhelming!
GSU was overmatched on both sides of the ball!

So when LSU plays your FBS conference games you go in expecting LSU to lose , even if the odds against you. If you do your a sad LSU fan.

Its just that GSC/GSU fans have been use to winning in FCS and the first 2 years of FBS. GSU fans are not really use to
losing like we have been. WE have played tough FBS teams while we were in FCS and our first 2 years in FBS. Both in FCS and FBS we could at least take power FBS teams into the 3rd. The beat down GSU suffered on Saturday without showing much or any improvement distresses GSU fans greatly. I think you and the LSU fans can understand our fans distress even though we were totally outmatched by LSU

Its not half hearted. The congrats is real. LSU blew GSU out of our shoes.
I just was hoping that GSU had made enough progress over las year to play LSU tough in the 1st half.

No, we often put up 21 points against FBS teams like we did BAMA when we were FCS. As a matter of fact the year we played BAMA GSU put up more points & yardage than any other
SEC team did that year.
2019, Different year different HC, different players and we now run the shotgun Option. Like I said before I give LSU the credit and you showed who was the better team last Saturday.

Under the right HC, coaching, staff and players I believe you'd be right, but GSU has suffered badly in 2016 and 17. made a comeback last year with a 10-3 record but were stomped by LSU. Maybe it will take another 2 years using the Shotgun Option to get back up to speed.
We have done better against P5 teams when we were FCS using the Flex Option and in 2014 & 15, under HC Fritz using the Shotgun option.
Oh well, we will se how much GSU improves over the rest of the season.

Tanks HollyWoodCole, but I always go back to the boards I've posted on and if they beat us on that day than they deserve the congrats. LSU proved it on the field and GSU didn't.

Well my score prediction was way off this year against LSU.
But GSU put up at least 21 points against many P5 schools like BAMA when GSU was FCS.
GSU is just way behind in their comeback from 2016 & 17.
